The details...
Each week, we'll talk about sections of the book in order:
SESSION ONE: TEMPERAMENT AND HOW IT IMPACTS SLEEP - In this session, we'll look at the first section of the book and how temperament (theirs and yours) has shown up for you.
SESSION TWO: SLEEP!!!! - Let's get into it. I really want to make sure you understand the framework of how to assess issues and address them so you can keep doing it as your child moves through their various phases.
SESSION THREE: LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU - Let's talk about what it's been like for you. PTSD, anyone? Let's have some validating real talk and then discuss how to wedge a little self-care into your day (it's mandatory).
We'll meet on Zoom (link will be emailed to you)
Each session is 60 minutes (but open to going over a little if there are questions)
Please be aware, I can't fix sleep issues in this format. You can book a 1-hour call with me if you want to really focus on your sleep issue, but we're limited in how much we can do in a Q&A.
All meetings will be recorded and links will be emailed to you and available for 30 days.

To sign up for the book club, upload a photo of your receipt for the book or library checkout receipt. If you really, really can't find a receipt, a photo of you holding the book. :-)
(You have to have read some of the book for this to make sense.)
